In order to implement the spirit of "Cooperation in the construction of the network of folk organizations along the Silk Road" in the "Summit Forum of One Belt and One Road International Cooperation", delivered by President Xi Jinping. The seminar was organized by China NGO Network for International Exchanges (CNIE) on the afternoon of June 9th in Beijing. Representatives from 16 Asian and African non-governmental organizations, including Turkey, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Indonesia, Egypt and Zambia, besides 6 Chinese non-governmental organizations. The seminar mainly discussed on how to build a network of civil organizations along the Silk Road countries, Mr. Liu Youping, Deputy Secretary-General of CCA was invited to speak at the meeting.

Mr. Liu mentioned in his speech that CCA has the basic responsibility to promote China's charitable sectors and social organizations to participate in foreign exchanges and cooperation. CCA will try its best to act in concert with the strategic layout and the international needs for the construction of "One Belt and One Road". CCA will make use of its advantages as platform, resources and specialty to provide more services in the field of policy advocacy, resource docking, capacity building and academic exchanges for the majority of charitable organizations home and abroad, and all kinds of enterprises along the Silk Road countries. CCA is determined to promote China’s charitable sectors to actively "going out" and participate in the construction of One Belt and One Road.
