CCA Advocates Charity Culture to the Public

We advocate charity culture to the public. CCA held “China Charity Outreach” in August 2016. Charity organizations, philanthropists, volunteers, communities and medias across the nation participated in the campaign to advocate charity culture and the Charity Law.

 

Celebrities such as Wang Jianlin, Niu Gensheng, Yang Lan, Xu Yongguang, Huang Rulun, Li Bengong, Dang Yanbao, Albert Yeung, Yang Zhao, Zong Qinghou, Zhao Tao, Jet Li, Han Hong, Li Yapeng, Chen Weihong represented the outreach and shot video and poster advertisements for it. With the slogan of “Charity time, count me in”, the campaign raised the public’s attention and participation in charity, and elevated influences and credits of China charity sector.

Celebrities from all over the country responded to the outreach

 

We support research projects on charity culture. CCA and Dunhe Foundation initiated Zhulin (bamboo forest) Project on May 4th, 2016. The project made grants to young Chinese scholars for their research proposals on charity culture, charity theories, charity policies, and charity models.

 

In the same year, CCA and China Global Philanthropy Institute co-hosted China Charity Culture Forum (2016) in Shenzhen on September 24th. The forum invited over 20 guests from charity, culture, and religion realms to discuss on constructing China charity culture theoretical system.
